3D LASER SCANNING IN ARCHITECTURE

Detailed, methodical, and Precise 3D laser Scanning Services provided by iScano. We provide an array of Scan-to-CAD and Scan-to-BIM services.

Scan-to-CAD

Was sent to perform a 3D laser scan in a construction site requesting elevation and critical elements corresponding to a specific area. The final point cloud data was handed over to our clients and used to review critical elements of the structure. It was later drafted into a 2D CAD with specific notations to improve on site coordination.

Precise Implementation (Scan-to-BIM)

The iScano team was sent to provide a Scan-to-BIM in an Major League Base Stadium (MLB) to help the implementation team to simulate an installation. By using the point cloud data provided by the iScano team, the company was able to simulate and verify the as-built conditions of the stadium and at the same time do a virtual installation prior to anyone being on site.
